Privacy Policy

This policy covers doulhe.com, operated by Brown Lima LLC (“Doulhe”, “we”). It describes what we collect on this website and what we do with it. It does not cover auction websites operated by auction houses that license our software — those are controlled by the auction house, under its own policy.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you submit the early-access form: first and last name, work email, auction house name, state, asset classes you sell, approximate number of sales per year, and — only if you choose to provide it — your auctioneer license number.
- Technical data attached to that submission. Your IP address, browser user agent, and the page address the form was sent from. We keep these to prevent abuse of the form.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this page, and we do not use cookies to profile you.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and evaluate whether the platform fits your operation.
- To contact you about Doulhe early access, pricing and availability.
- To protect the form from automated abuse.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other auction houses.
Who processes it with us
Submissions are stored on our server and sent to Brevo (Sendinblue), our email and contact platform, which processes them on our behalf. No other third party receives this data, except where we are required by law to disclose it.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access submissions while the U.S. rollout is active and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Abuse-prevention logs are kept for a shorter period.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email we send, using the link in that email.
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- If you are a California resident, you may exercise the rights the CCPA/CPRA gives you, including access and deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Write to privacy@doulhe.com and we will handle it. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are stored outside the public web directory on a server we control. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Children
This site is for auction professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.

Doulhe provides auction management software. Doulhe and Brown Lima LLC are not auctioneers: we do not conduct auctions, call bids, solicit or accept consignments, hold sale proceeds, or hold auctioneer or real estate licenses in any state.
